JUST FOUND THE REASON FOR MY PROBLEM:

I had changed the user account I'm usually working at from privileged to limited.

At the privileged (admin) account WBFS access still works.

thank you :-)

---------------------------------------------------

I have an 500GB ext. USB HD, half of it with NTFS-and the other with WBFS- partition, formatted & filled with wbfsmanager.

Everything was working fine, until there was some read error at the Windows partition and the drive logged off., while I was accessing the NTFS partition!!

It's an old PIII 1 GHz PC, and this happens somtimes, when there are too much read/write accesses at the same time...

Windows can still access the NTFS partition AND  Wii/USB loader still accesses the WBFS partition (all games start), BUT trying to acess the drive with wbfsmanger, I always get:

"Error during loading the drive - Check that it's not used by another application"

There is no other application and it IS formatted to WBFS (still working at the wii)

Is there any way to make the WBFS drive accessable again, at least for backing up my ISOs?

I tried with wiiftp, but says, it can't mount the USB drive!

please, help!

THX, brin
