This adds the ability to change where the covers are downloaded from.
It places a new tab in the options menu and allows direct editing of the urls used in obtaining the cover art.
Known Issue is that the final url destination must end with the [Wii ID].png for this to work as WBFS auto appends it.
ex: http://wiitdb.com/wiitdb/artwork/cover/US/SMNE01.png
So in setting I would put under
NTSC = "http://wiitdb.com/wiitdb/artwork/cover/US/" and WBFS would append the [Wii ID].png
PAL = "http://wiitdb.com/wiitdb/artwork/cover/EN/" and WBFS would append the [Wii ID].png
Have test on Windows 7 x64, sorry do not have any x86 to test with.
