If you are getting an error every time you try to format an USB drive, then follow nthe following instructions:

Right click on WBFS Manager icon

Select "Properties"

Click on "Compatibility" tab

Check the box "Run this program in compatibility mode for:"

Select "Windows XP"

Click, "Apply", then "OK"

Now you have to run the program as Administrator, to do so:

Right clikc on WBFS Manager icon,

Select "Run as Administrator"

Now you should be able to format the drive and transfer files to it. At least I could.

Hope this helps
