I had burned Super smash bros. to my External HDD that was formatted to FAT32 a while back then when I got this program I copied the game files to my computer before formatting my HDD to the WBFS format but now how do I get super smash Bros back on? I have tried putting them into a .rar archive but that doesn't work either...

You can use Wii Backup manager to do that.

Google it.

I have WBFS Manager 3.0  it works fine. I recently got a game that already has .WBFS extension. How do I get the manager to put it on my WBFS hard drive? I have tried everything I can think of including changing the  file extension (after making a copy of course) nothing seems to work.

You will need to change that back into an ISO... Google WBFS to ISO. Its at quick process.
